Joseph Bovino

President and Co-Founder

Joseph Bovino is an attorney, producer and writer with over 20 years of practical experience in entertainment transactions, intellectual property analysis, and complex business litigation.

In addition to serving as president of Lincoln Road Pictures, Mr. Bovino is a principal and founder of Business Affairs Group, P.A., a multimedia entertainment law firm. His past experience includes: outside general counsel for Doc Hollywood Studios and Bop City Records; international licensing consultant to the State of California’s Office of Strategic Technology and LARTA Institute; anti-counterfeiting/piracy attorney at Richland & Associates and TAG24; director of business development for the Patent & License Exchange; senior counsel at Ernst & Young; associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison; and analyst for IPD Analytics, an IP consultancy serving institutional investors. More recently, Mr. Bovino was Sr. VP, business and legal affairs, for Hollywood Studios International.

Mr. Bovino expects to publish his first book later this year. He also appears in extreme home fitness videos and infomercials for P90X.
Mr. Bovino received his J.D. and M.A. (international relations) from USC in 1989 and is admitted to practice law in CA, FL, and Washington, D.C.
